Our team is characterized by ambition, driven by a strong sense of camaraderie, and overflowing with innovative ideas. With a diverse international composition, we effortlessly transcend faculty boundaries.

Currently, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team! Exciting positions are available on the board, and we rely on dedicated and proactive board members to fill them. If you're interested in actively contributing to the board and collaborating on engaging projects with us, we encourage you to reach out to us.

How we are organised + Workload

We currently organise 1 event per month. We meet every fortnight for the board meeting, which takes place in the evening between 18:00-20:00.

We all work on a voluntary basis. What drives us are the strong private and professional contacts we make through the ECB, the desire to offer something cool for students in Bern in the field of innovation and start-ups, the exchange with students from other universities, work experience and the reference for an exciting voluntary position.

For most of us, the ECB has opened doors, to friendships and professional opportunities.

Marketing & Communications

As a part of this department, you support us to coordinate and design the newsletter, maintain the website, manage the social media channels and meet with the communications managers of our partners.

We are currently setting up a marketing and communications team that will focus on promoting the events and the activities mentioned above.

Content Creator

Are you creative, passionate about photography and videography, and ready to use and improve your skills in these areas? Then you've come to the right place.

We are looking for you if you enjoy producing social media content, have a flair for effective content and enjoy good branding.

Do you have other talents with which you can shine, or do you want to support the ECB in the Events and Members department? Then get in touch with us and we'll find a way to utilize your strengths!

Sponsoring

Are you a people person, do you want to meet interesting people and expand the ECB's network, or perhaps you already have experience in sponsoring?

Then get in touch with us. We are currently putting together a team to set up and improve sponsorship for individual events, for the ECB as a club and for future ECB projects.

    Carla Welter

    I'm a student at the University of Bern with a major in Economics and minor in Business Administation.

    I also work part-time at the Cantonal Security Directorate.

    In the ECB, I manage the event series "Circle" and am also active in the social media and marketing team.

    Co-President

    I graduated in Business Administration and Computer Science. I was able to gain a lot of experience as a founder of (failed) start-up.
    Now ready for new challenges and always seeking opportunities.

    ECB, I am responsible for all events and their smooth implementation.

    Co-President

    I am currently pursuing my studies at the University of Bern, majoring in Economics and Geography.

    In the past, I gained initial experience as a co-managing director at my first StartUp. I enjoy actively engaging in entrepreneurship and am always receptive to exciting ideas.
